When in Amsterdam you have to enjoy the city by bike! Hotel V has 8 lovely city bikes to rent to our guests so that you can enjoy Amsterdam like a true local.
Please enquire at the front desk for availability and pricing, or check out our V Bike Special which includes 2 bike rentals for 24 hours with your booking.
When on the bike, please remember the following:
• Amsterdam is a busy city! Please watch out for: other bikes (stay to the right), cars, pedestrians, trams, the tracks when crossing the tram lines, and scooters.
• Stay in the same direction as the traffic, and always on the designated bike paths.
• Use your lights at night. Not doing so will incur a fine if you are caught.
• Don’t be afraid to use the bell as a warning, but please don’t use it as a toy!
• When locking your bike, make sure the lock goes through the wheel, through the frame, and always lock it to a pole or a bike stand.
• And finally, have fun! Amsterdam by bike is the best way to see the city!
